TWO WAYS TO REGISTER: (1) Submit a copy of the online form below for each person who is registering , or  (2) click here to download a registration form to mail to us.  We are sorry, but we are unable to accept phone registrations.

You should receive an email confirming receipt of registration with 48 hours.  Please call Debbie at 941-921-5455 if you do not receive registration confirmation within 48 hours.

Once your registration is received an invoice will be emailed to you.  You will then have the option of choosing payment by check or credit card.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.

Cancellation Deadlines, Fees and Refunds (relating to the per person conference fee:)
Now through September 15, 2010:  $25 cancellation fee

September 16 to October 15, 2010: $100 cancellation fee

October 15 to November 5, 2010: $500 cancellation fee

November 5, 2010 and later: No refunds
