To attend this conference, you must be a full-time employee of a four year, or graduate, college or university. Your operation must have as its primary mission the delivery of management, professional, or executive development programming to business, industry, or government. If you have questions about whether or not you would benefit from attending, please call and we'll be glad to discuss it with you.

Please arrange to have your Show and Tell shipment arrive at the Hilton between November 18th and 21st. We have volunteers who will open the boxes and organize the materials on tables. All you have to do is ship your materials. We'll do the rest.

Don't Miss The Fast and Furious Networking Exchange

This fast and furious informal bartering and trading takes place during the reception on Saturday night. Bring your school T-shirts, sweatshirts and hats. Start your collection or add to it. The more you bring, the more you will have to take home.

How the Conference Waiting List Works

Should the conference fill to 175 attendees, as it has done in the past, we will start a waiting list.
We will contact the earliest registrants, in chronological order, who have yet to make payment or submit a purchase order. These early registrants will have 5 business days within which to financially confirm attendance. Based on this process, wait listed individuals will be registered.

Conference Fee

Early Bird Savings until September 26, 2008
$995 per person if you register by September 26, 2008
$75 per person for preconference workshops
$1,095 for one person AFTER September 26, 2008
$95 per person for preconference workshops
$1,050 per person for two or more AFTER September 26, 2008
$75 per person for preconference workshops

Your conference fee includes:
Friday afternoon refreshments
Friday evening reception and dinner
Saturday continental breakfast, a.m. break and dinner
Sunday continental breakfast, breaks, lunch and dinner
Monday continental breakfast, a.m. break
Plus, your conference workbook and photo roster
And the greatest conference you will ever attend

You are responsible for your room and incidental costs. There are no reduced conference fees available for late arrivals or early departures.

Some Conference Facts:

The conference starts at 3:00p.m. on Friday, November 21, unless you are attending a Pre-Conference Workshop, or the 1:30p.m. First-Timer session.
The conference ends on Monday, November 24, at 11:45a.m.
Guests may attend meals. A guest meal reservation form will be sent to you in October. Tampa International Airport (TPA) is 20 miles from the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort. St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is just 13 miles from the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort.
Depending on time of day and transport option you select, it will take between 20-30 minutes. Your transportation options will be included in your confirmation package.
