$995 per person if you register BY September 26, 2008

$75 per person for pre-conference workshops

$1,095 for one person AFTER September 26, 2008

$95 per person for pre-conference workshops

$1,050 per person for two or more AFTER September 26, 2008

$75 per person for pre-conference workshops


Step 6:

An invoice will be emailed to you upon receipt of your registration. Although payment by check is preferred, you have the option of paying by credit card or supplying us with a purchase order number. Payment details will be included on the invoice.
