Audit and Assessment

After an in-depth two days of interviews, observation, and completion of specific assessment tools, you receive a written report for enhancing your center's operations, in addition to a debrief session. Benefits to you of this process are an objective and experienced assessment of your center's performance, as well as recommendations for improvement. Prior to beginning the process, there is mutual agreement as to the scope of the assessment, as well as the expectations of all parties.
