Program & Audience Specific Minibases Over the years we have developed a very powerful mailing list solution-- the "minibases." They are the way of overcoming many of the list rental challenges that you and our clients face for certain topics and audiences. For example, almost every client school we have does some mix of HR offerings in their region. Quite often, when they try to rent a single list, they bump up against an owner's 5,000 name minimum order, when there are only 700 in their region. So we have arranged with list owners of the top lists for a given topic to put their list in what we call the "minibase." For example, 30+ HR lists are in the HR minibase.

The lists in the minibases are updated each quarter. Most list owners provide a file that has the last 12 months of their names. We can select and pull recency for any monthly time frame -- past 3 months, past 6 months, etc.
