Your minimum order problems for the best lists are now history! 1200 of the very best business lists on the market - and NO 5,000 name minimum order! One of the most challenging list rental problems you may have is overcoming list minimum orders when you want to rent specific business lists within a defined geographic area. Quite often, you either have to expand your geography way beyond your drawing radius, or take names at home address as well as business. Otherwise, you can't rent the list. But InfoLists solves these problems with the Megabase. Does this list rental example sound familiar to you? Let's say you want to mail your calendar of programs to every high potential manager and executive within 100 miles of your location. You research the lists you want and decide on Fast Company, Business Week, HR Executive magazine, and seminar approving managers. You ask your list broker to get counts for you for each list within 100 miles. Unfortunately, you find that there are only 1,000 names available for each list and the minimum order for each of the 5 lists is 5,000! You would have to order 25,000 names to get just the 5,000 you want. With the InfoLists Megabase, that problem is history. In the Megabase we have over 1200 different mailing lists, more than 50,000,000 business proven prospects, including each of the five lists mentioned in our example above. Let me emphasize that the Megabase is NOT compiled lists from yellow pages. These are 1000 of the best of the best magazine subscriber, seminar attendee, business product buyer, and association membership lists, put together in ONE Megabase so you can pick and choose what you want, and don't want, regardless of quantity and key code each list accordingly. There is no single list minimum order: In our example above, if you order your five lists out of the Megabase, there is NO minimum order for each individual list, so you can get just 1,200 of each of the five lists, no problem. Plus, in the event the same person is on more than one of these lists, the five lists are merged and purged together so that you get a completely non-duplicating list. The only "extra" charges are: (1) $12 per thousand for the merge-purge, a cost which is offset by your not having to rent duplicate names as you would on five different orders, and (2) a surcharge of $25-$50, not per thousand, if your order for all lists totals less than 3,000 records. This is an incredible value for being able to rent the most powerful lists on the market with NO single list minimum order of 5,000. Enhance your selections with company size and industry: Some lists, when ordered directly from the list owner or manager, do not have additional selectivity available for the names on the list. But when we build the Megabase, we enhance (overlay) all of the records on all of the lists with company size and industry data from D&B. So, if you feel your program is only for "big" companies in a couple of industries, you can even select these same five lists for your geographical area with greater targeting. But you couldn't have done this added targeting by ordering the same lists individually directly from the list owner or manager, regardless of how many names your rented. Target executives with specific business titles, functions and responsibilities: If you are marketing a program to a very targeted functional audience, the Megabase can be very powerful. For example, if you want to target project managers or purchasing managers, you can find just the people with those or similar titles on each of the 1200 lists. In other words, any single list may only have 50 or 100 project managers in your area. But by selecting the same titles across all of the 1200 lists, you may find far more outstanding project manager names than you need. Saturate your geographical area: The Megabase is an excellent choice for penetration and saturation of areas or of medium and large companies. For example, an EMBA program could have a target audience that cuts across a number of mid-level functions -- marketing, finance, information systems, or production. No single list will give you the penetration you want to mail to reach 30 or 40 managers in a single 5,000-employee company. But the Megabase will. De-duplicate your list orders against YOUR in-house list: The Megabase is updated monthly. If you put your list into the Megabase, every order you place can be automatically de-deduplicated against your own list so that you don't get names you already own. Or, you can have your list merge-purged, and key coded separately, as part of the final output. (FYI: your list can ONLY be accessed by you from the Megabase. It is not available to anyone else, unless you want it to be.)
